This depends on many factors - is the child breast feeding? If there is a Court order, what does the order say?

No hard and fast answer here - I would say it's not a very good idea but I don't know the circumstances.

As Judy said there are no hard and fast rules here. A lot does depend on whether the mother is breastfeeding. Another major factor is what the visitation schedule says.
