Hey Matt here, I have a small problem I've known this girl for about 4 and a half years and I have always had something for her. She also did a couple of years ago but I was with someone and it didn't work out. She is now with someone else but I have never felt stronger for her than I do now, and we flirt all the time. I don't know what I should do, whether to just tell her exactly how I feel , or keep waiting for her... I know her relationship is not going well and it seems she isn't happy unless she is talking to me ( this is what her best frien told me) help me out. Thanks

I would tell her, but make it good. Take your time, but don't focus on it too much, otherwise it will be... well crap...

Quality not quantity. You don't need a million adjectives and fancy words to woo her, just be straight forward and tell her exactly how you feel.
