    Internet Use History
Can you tell me how to check history of internet use- i.e. when a site was entered and for what duration-also is there an activity report or something I can use. I also need to use a parental block on my PC. Is there one I can download.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Many of the newer browsers have a feature that automatically deletes browser history when the browser is closed. If you have this feature, you will need to disable it.

Then just click tools, internet options, history, while the browser is open.

There are many parental blocks available for free, here is a link to one of them.

I've never used any, so really can't recommend them.

Also, I don't believe that the history will indicate the amount of time, just which sites were visited.
