Hey for a long time now I've rarely had a decent sleeping pattern... and its now starting to get in the way cause of jobs and stuff
Everyone I know usually gets tired after being awake for 14 hours, I don't get tired until I have been awake for 29 hours, what the hells that about?
I try to go to sleep at 16 hours, no good, I'm so awake I could keep working and studying no problem, but when I go to work the next morning it starts to affect me halfway through the day (being up for over 24 hours)
So my days are around 40 hours long!
Can anyone help me sleep? Haha
Ps: the sleep thing doesn't affect me fatigue wise, I feel fine as if I was sleeping normal, I'm not under stress but I do study.
Pps: I've also been to the docter once about it, he says my body PROBABLY produces far more energy than a normal person, but he couldn't test for sure unless I spend a week in a sleep clinic!
Ppps: 4 months ago I tested myself to see how long it would take until my eyes closed and I fell asleep (like at the wheel of a car) I managed 77 hours! Best sleep I ever had (14 hours) after that haha
Anyway, please help! :)
