My 7 week old lab puppy is waking up and having to go out to the bathroom 4-5 times a night! She is eating the appropriate amount during the day, 3 times a day, but still the nights are really bad. Help!

Just like people, withhold water at night and a nice long walk before bedtime.

Water is cut off totally at 7 pm. She plays and runs after that outside with our 3 year old lab! She should be tired but still goes to the bathroom every couple of hours at night... but thanks for the response!
