I am 19 years old and I live in Ohio. I was caught for underage drinking and I went to court and agreed to be put on a diversion program. This diversion program consists of 6 months probation, pay a fine, 24 hours community service, attend alcohol abuse class , etc. What I am asking is I go to school out of state and I was wondering what they could possibly do about my probation, end it early if I get everything else done or transfer me to somewhere in the state of where I attend school? Any answers relative to this question would be helpful.

Since you are on probabation I would assume that you have a parole officer, I would talk to that person about this issue.

It's up to the PO but you very well may have to do your community service in Ohio - I'd meet as many of the requirements as possible immediately and then ask the PO about a transfer. Were you attending school out of State at the time you were sentenced? If so, I'm surprised it wasn't addressed then.

And, no, I don't think they'll end it early.
