I need to simulate an specific IP address...

Let's say I have the IP address 85.98.*.* assigned by my Internet provider.
What I need is to simulate IP 83.94.*.* for example.

I guess one solution is to use a proxy server starting with 83.94...

Is there any other possibility ? Any software able to do this ?

What is your goal for "simulating" an IP address? What are you trying to accomplish?
