My husband has a 3 year old son by another girl. She lives in another state and is asking him to sign over his rights to him. She has said we can go to the family court and get the papers to do so. My husband thinks it would be best to sign over rights can he do it?

If she is married to the other guy and your husband is willing to sign over rights
He should be able to. He could very well still be responsible for paying child support.
