Most book stores would sell a book on technical writing that offers great tips. In general your supposed to introduce your company and what it does in the first paragraph, talk about what makes your company unique and a few more specifics you feel are appropriate.

I took a technical writing class and while boring, the book sure did explain this all in great detail

What you get on this site is "live" help. That's something that you won't find on most other sites about what you are asking.
