For the past 5 years I am suffering with pimple marks. I having marks not only on my face but also on my shoulders and back. I have used many medicines but no result. Please help me out in this matter I am very much worried about this marks.

Have you tried Vitamin E oil? There are also lightening cremes you can use. If you try a lightening crème then just apply it to the mark/scar. When looking for a lightening crème, look out for ingredients such as kojic acid or arbutin. Also remember to exfoliate regularly.

Try Mederma. It works really well. You will have to apply it on the marks keep rubbing it on the mark until it it's into the skin. Do that 3-4 times a day. It worked for me. I had a bad dark pimple mark under my chin. I used and now it's like it was never there! You can get it at CVS, or Wal-Mart very easily.
