I am retired woth soc sec and union pension, can creditors attach my funds from these accounts?

They haven't gotten any of mine!

My family member had her car repossess, I was cosigner on the loan, they sold the car there is a balance left, I am on a pension, and soon will sign for sss check partly pension, I an in the state of GA, we been receive count less call per day about this loan balance, I want too if they can garnish sheet my pension, plus they are breaking consumer fair debt law
Calling before 8:00 am what can I do about this harassment.
