Good morning!

I am looking for a movie title . The plot goes like this : there is a town where only men live . They decided that they were going to send a few of them east to find brides for all of them . Those sent go to New York?? And pick up a wagon train full of women all willing to marry those men sight unseen . They have a few adventures on the way , as the number of men escorting them is quite small . The end is a wedding when they all get to the " mens" town .

I have seen this movie a few times but never caught the title . I was thinking its paint your wagons.. but that's not it . I would so appreciate , if someone knew what I was looking for !

No its not seven brides for seven brothers , as I have that movie . This is more like a western and I want to say the men are in a gold'rush"town?? Also , in seven brides the women are more or less abducted , and in this movie they follow willingly , knowing full well the trip , where they are going and what is expected of them .
