    Plumbing installation for bathroom
Can a vent Tee install downstream of a shower P trap?

Working in 2" ABS within 11 1/4" floor system height. Shower drain will slope horizontal about 24" before truning down 45* into adjacent 3" stack.

There doesn't seem to be working height within floor system to have the drain, then vent Tee and then P trap. Thanks

Yes providing it's rolled up or on a 45 degree angle.

Which is just dandy because the vent should be taken off downstream from the trap. Good luck, tom
