Could I still get pregnant if he pulls out but ejaculates on the outside of my vagina or just a little on the inside but not deep?? Also I'm on birth control so what would the chances of getting pregnant if he did these things??

Birth control is usually 99% effective. But unless you just really want him to come inside you, I wouldn't risk it... there isn't that 1% for nothing.
