Internet research says that expungement is difficult and unlikely in Missouri, particularly if charged as adults. (Individuals are considered adults at 17 in MO)

Criminal records, even with a full PARDON, remain part of public record.

?? If you were convicted then it was not droped, but the sentence may have been suspended or combined with other charge, so you need to look at your record and see exact what charges are showing.

You can request the court to explunge the record, so it will not be visible for public review from the official report. It will be always viewable for police background checks or national security checks but will show explunged.

Sadly with computers and interent there are dozens of private search companies that have other sourses of background check.
