My boyfriend and I have been going out for two months. It was love at first sight.

Wednesday is our 2 month anniversary. He got me a ring and I have no clue what to get him.

The thing is that I really have no money or transportation to go anywhere. He knows that but I feel like he deserves something special.

He gave me a ring that probably cost a lot and I don't want him to think I'm a bad girlfriend who only wants money and things from him. I mean I told him I'm not that type of girl and he really doesn't have to give me gifts but he did anyway.

I want the gift to be something really really special. He's going to college in another state in a few weeks and I want this gift to be something he'll always remember me for.

Can anyone help me with this? I'd really appreciate any ideas. Please don't say: Just give him something from the heart he'll love anything, or it's up to you, you know more about him. Can I please just get a suggestion.

Is he into sports? What are his hobbies?Does he collect on anything?

He plays basketball sometimes but not for school or anything.. He just really likes playing it and watching it. He's from Boston so he likes the Celtics. He loves playing video games.. I thought about getting him a game but he basically has all the games he ever wanted.

Just go with something cleverly special, something that doesn't cost money but shows the effort and emotion you wish to convey. Sometimes something as small as a cd with songs about how you feel about him is a good idea.

I love the idea of making him dinner. Set up an Italian bistro in your apartment, complete with Italian music and those drippy wine bottle candles. Make him spaghetti if you can't do anything else.

Its all about time and effort, not money. Do something special just for him. If he doesn't like Italian, go French, or even 50's America... sock hop type dinner!

He'll love it. :)
