I got my hair dyed n eyebros but THE eyebrows GOTTT TOO dark.

HOW DO I Lighten them UP more back towards noraml color?

First off, you are never supposed to dye your eyebrows. If I'm not mistaking even the hair dye box warns against this. To be perfectly honest, I would suggest going to the a salon, and have them trim your brows. They'll grow out. You could always take advantage of the situation and have your brown shaped while you're there.
