I am being sued for 7000 for a car crash I was in I had no insurance at the time. Can't afford to pay it how do I go about sorting it out

You really should have an attorney, if that is even possible.

Without one, you don't stand much of a chance.

At the very least, you should show up and do your best to defend yourself, if you don't show, they are just going to get a judgment for what ever they ask for.

I suggest you do your best to get an attorney.

Its either you gamble and get an attorney(if you lose the case you will waste your money and get jailed) or try to ´´deal it off´´ him like trading your car for his(if your car is in better condition) or trade something else.(please rate my answer)
