I am 14 years old going to 15. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 150 punds. I really want to loose weight in a week for certain reasons. I don't want it to be drastic because I now it won't be possible but I need to change my figure. I know I'm fat because I've gained so much weight and I have a lot of belly fat.
I don't have money to go to a gym or any of those expensive programs;and I don't have a pool either!
I really need your help :)
