Can I Get revoked off probation because of heresay? If someone calls my probation officer and says I was doing something, but there is no proof? Only of what someone has said? Can she revoke me? :( :(

No you can not be violated for what your P.O hears unless there is concrete evidence proving the accusations:)

But of course most PO offices have field people who investigate, so they go talk to that person, get other names, go talk to other people and so on. Also remember normally they willl not need a search warrant to search your home for evidence either. And normally the PO will want solid proof since after they pick you up, there will be a court hearing and the judge will want evidence.
