    Child support interest
I am trying to reduce or eliminate my the interest on my child support arrears due to partially permanent disability. The monies from my arrears are coming out of my disability payments. Can I get my interest reduced or eliminated, at least from the time of injury?

You should be able to get your kids added on to your disability and then checks for them will go directly to them. Then you can take the proof and proof of income to child support court and get it modified.
You still have to pay the arrears but if you don't have the other stuff taken care of/up to date you will end up further behind

Back in 1994 my ex got on s. s. disability at that time he was receiving around $360. A month and I received around $65. For each of my kids.
