    Grandmothers trust
Grandmother left money to grandchildren in trust, father is trustee. Son was divorced several months ago. Father would like to dissolve trust. Son was not aware of trusts existence at the time of divorce. Is son still obligated to disclose info to ex-spouse?

This is one of those questions that I wouldn't even dare to guess about - this is for the divorce Attorney to answer because it could have a long-standing impact.

First off many things depend on what state you live in as to property rights. Another thing is a lot depends on how the trust is written. Lets say that the money can't pass and must remain in trust until 25.. and the divorce took place at 24. The divorce makes you 2 separate entities so most likely there is nothing he has to tell ex except good bye.

If he didn't know the trust existed then he didn't know.
