    Water pressure
I've noticed over the past couple of months that when I turn a faucet on anywhere in the house its not strong like it used to be. When water is on it doesn't stay on full blast it goes in and out it increases then decreases over and over again. I'm on a well system so what would be the cause of this?

    Hey Ski,
Your pump is surging. This could be caused by a lowered water table or a faulty check/foot valve. Have a pump man check it out. Good luck, Tom

Ski, do two simple tests first. First, with no water being used, simply watch your pressure gauge. It should hold steady. If it does, then turn on a faucet in the house, then watch your pressure gauge again. It should slowly fall until the pump cuts on, then rise up to the cut off point, then SLOWLY fall again, and so forth.

It the fall is rapid (just a few seconds), then you probably have a waterlogged tank. Get back to us with that information.
