    Tripod for Canon HF-100
I have bought a Canon camcorder, model - HF-100. I was searching for the tripod that I can use with this . Can any body suggest, which tripod should I buy in the range $20 -$ 50 USD.

    Many Thanks

    Regards

Make sure sturdy yet also set up and break down quickly.
Latches are quicker but they don't support as much weight as screw-type leg locks.

A ball head lets the camera float on top of the ball bearing. A single control loosens and tightens the head in every direction. This is a good choice if you like to quickly re-position the camera.

The three-way heads, screw-like controls to tighten each of the three axes are better. It's easier to more precisely control your camera. If the camera is cock-eyed so that the horizon isn't level in the picture you can use one of the head controls to level the camera without worrying about twisting it around in the other directions at the same time, as you would with a ball head.

I would think so I think so
Check the tripod fitting on the bottom of the camera and see if it is the same as the canon
Also it likely has a booklet or something that says what makes and models it is compatible with. You can also ask the clerk if you aren't sure.
