Yes, I believe it is an addiction... or can be quite easily.

Anything can become an addiction in my opnion.

Yes it is, although I think most people are becoming more discerning about internet usage ~ the novelty is possibly beginning to wear off.

I scored 25 on this test whereas a few years ago it would have been much different:

The internet can also be a great benefit to a lot of people, and sometimes you'll want and need to spend a lot of time online talking with others, or to gather important information - that's when it's absolutely right for you to be there for as long as you need. It's just helpful knowing what to look for to prevent it becoming a problem.
