Ok there's this old movie 80's or 90's movie with three kids and a time machine. The three kids sneak into a mysterious neighbors apartment. The neighbor is an old kind of crazy guy. There's a lot of clocks in his house. The kids stumble upon a time machine. They end up going through time to a whole bunch of weird eras and that's all I can remember please help!
