The printer spooler keeps off and below message displays. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks a lot.

Restart your computer, turn the printer off and back on again. If that doesn't work, re-install the correct printer driver.

Microsoft indicates this is a bit of "geek" level problem. Here is the link to the page that gives their detailed instructions for dealing with it. I'd suggest getting someone a little confident with computer to do these steps for you.
