I need some information on grants for felons. My cousin is in jail for conspiracy and might get out this month. Can someone give me information or web sites on grants for felons? :)

I have looked and looked and as far as I can tell the best way for someone who has been convicted of a felony to get a grant is to wait 5 years {without anymore convictions} and petition the court to have your felonies seald then it would not show up on your criminal background check and you do not have to volenteer the info on any applications whether it be for a loan or a job.

I need a grant looking too start a new life want to go to school is there any money for me.
