I have a E2 investor visa. I bought a business to get it. Now I got beside that a realtor license and my question is can I work as a realtor, if they 1099 me.

If you are going to do it along with core business invested as per E-2 visa, you can do it BUT if you are going to abandon the first business, the answer is no.
