Child support when father is not on the birth certificate
Is it possible to obtain child support when the father is not on the birth certificate? I have a dna test that proves he is the father. It is a test that will stand up in court.

I am trying to avoid attorney fees and just go through child enforcement agency.

Take it all to Family court and resolve it all at the same time, I think you can do that

Generally even if a DNA test has already been done the judge will order another one (on rare occasions they will allow a non-ordered DNA test). In any case you can not get child support with out the father on the birthcertificate and the judge has to order the amount to be paid so there is no way to just go through enforcement because there is nothing to enforce. As nohelp mentioned you need to go to family court to get it resolved.
