Hello everyone,

This is a great website and I’m looking forward to exploring it more!

My question is about a movie I watched when I was really young. It’s about some Asian kids who were orphans (if I remember correctly) and were good at martial arts. I remember a fight scene, where one of them was fighting on stilts and his face was painted white…like a Geisha. I also remember the same kid on stage doing a number of back flips.

I think the movie was a mix of drama/comedy.

I know it’s not Young Dragons: Kung Fu Kids; thought the fat boy does look like the one that was in that movie.

I know it’s not much to go on, I’m really sorry about that! I looked everywhere on Google and I searched through this website with no luck.

I’ll be forever grateful if anyone can help me. I won’t be able to rest until I fine it!

In the Jean Claude Van Damn movie The Quest (1996) there's a part where he has white makeup on and is walking around on stilts. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for but it's the only movie that came to mind.

The actors of the movie I’m looking for are young kids, between the ages of 10-13 maybe.

The kids are Asian and I think the movie was in their own language (maybe dubbed in English)

I remembered a few more things about it... I think the chubby boy was mute (or traumatized into not speaking). The boy on stilts was a performer who was working (owned?) for a mean old man, he did a lot of acrobatics.

They were all orphans that somehow ended up with this old man and his show. There was also a lady that tried to take care of them.

I remember a last scene where the lady tried to drown herself in a lake and the chubby boy went after her. It was the moment he found his voice to save her.

Again, I know I’m being very vague! Sorry.

Quick question just to see if it's the same movie I'm trying to find also from 90's late 80's in the group of kids was there a girl and one of the boys had a jumpsuit (yellow?)

I think I know the movie your thinking of because I have been looking everywhere for a similar movie like that description. I remember it was a old movie. There was an older lady with them and in order for them to fight good they would drink milk (her breast milk). At that time I saw this movie I was young and I liked it for its comedy. I knew someone with the vhs but they threw it out a while back.

Was it three asian kids in the movie? I am looking for a similar movie also around that time frame. Three asian martial arts kids that live out in the country and with there grandpa or something and then they leave the country to go search for their grandma or something? There little sister gets kidnapped. Does that sound like it?
