Dwwin.exe dll failed to initalize when shutting down XP can anyone help... Thanks

Suggestions:

1. Reinstall Dr Watson
   
   • START > RUN
   • Open the command line by typing cmd
   • enter: Drwtsn32 -i
   • Check to see if problem is gone
2. System File Checker (have your Windows CD handy)
   
   • START > RUN
   • Type in sfc /scannow
   • Insert your Windows CD when prompted
   • Check to see if problem is gone
