Remind yourself that it is just one grade up from last year and it won't really be all that much harder or different than other grades. You will get use to the new teachers, the new kids and everything. You will adjust much quicker and easier than you think.

When I was in high school, I couldn't stay organized until I got an accordion file folder. You have one place to put all your papers, with different pockets for your different classes. Then all your work and notes are in one place. If you don't know what it is, Google it and see if it could work for you.

First of all I would be willing to bet that your new middle school teachers will spend some time at the beginning of the year helping you get organized. I'm a middle school teacher & here is how we have our 6th gr. Students get organized. Get a 1 1/2 in. binder for each class and use tabs & pockets to organize each binder. You will most likely be allowed to go to your locker after every 2 classes so you will only have to carry 2 binders at a time & then trade them out between classes.
    Hope this helps!
