No I don't know of a natural way to clear up acne. A friend of mine went to a dermatologist and was recommended Acutane, expensive, but it worked very well.

Baking soda can be used as a great scrub substitute. It exfoliates the skin, removes the dead skin cells on your skin and unclogs your pores in the process. Mix small amounts of water with the baking soda so it has a paste like form, then gently massage it on your skin for about ten to fifteen seconds. Once that is done, begin rinsing it off with water and then dry the area with a clean towel.

One should drink plenty of water, it helps in the removal of pimples n acne.

chukur, I would never use baking soda on my skin. I use it to scrub my sink out so I know how abrasive it is. If one has to use a natural exfoliant it should be oatmeal which does the trick in a gentle way, and you can't scrub your sink out with it.

Sometimes acne has a deepseated reason in layers of the derma that no amount of exfoliant can repair, so medical intervention has to be used from a qualified professional.
