My dog has a round red dot that pops out. Kind of like a bump. It's red and also skin colour, has a couple dots or spots in it that are really tiny. It kind of raises to a pale yellow clear colour as it condenses to the middle of this round bump. What is it?

A nipple?

Possibly ringworm? It's hard to tell without a picture.
