    Reliable heating and A/C
    I am so confused many people say Goodman furnace and A/C are junk and many others say cheap and reliable. Who's right ? I do not want service calls -Which equipment should I get Goodman or Trane

    It is not so much the equipment but the install that counts.
    They are all designed to do a job but if a person does not know what they are doing the job usually turns to junk and this goes for all manufactures.

    Goodman isn't too bad. Get a repuatable contractor to install the system, that is THE most important thing. The second thing would be a good warranty, and I know that Goodman offers a free 10 year parts warranty.
