My wife and I just established a trust account in California. We have property in Missouri that we would like to transfer into that trust account. How do I go about accomplishing this?

The two of you would enter into a new Deed in the name of the trust (assuming the trust has been filed and recognized and is an entity), file it in the appropriate County -

Should really get an Attorney to make sure all of the bases are covered.

Really appreciate your quick response. The trust was established by an attorney in my home state, California. Would I need to hire an attorney in Missouri? Or could I just contact the title company that drafted the original title and have a new one created?
