I recently purchased a Boston Acoustics Tvee Model Two speakerbar to get better audio from my TV. However, the remote control only works when less than 3 feet away. I asked Boston Acoustics about it and they replied and said that I would need to pull down the grill and replace the IR sensor with one that they would send me. So far it hasn't arrived. I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem and also how do you remove the grill?
