I want to know how I can go about getting pregnant. Me and my husband want a baby and for the past months he has been coming inside me but nothing yet.

My suggestion would be to get your ovulations schedule in tack and then have sex on the days you ovulate to increase the risk. And also, be patient... not everyone gets pregnant right away.
