Is it possible that there could still be sperm and I could get pregnant? I also got off my period Friday and today is Wednesday. I don't know if that matters at all.

Anytime you don't use protection there is a chance of pregnancy. Yes, it is possible, even with contraception it's possible, no form of birth control is 100%.
