I just had twins 8 months ago. What is the chance of having twins again?

I have a friend that got pregnant with twins and miscarried. When she got pregnant again a few months later it was with twins.

You do have an increased chance of having twins again over the someone who only has had one. More so if your babies are fraternal twins... and even more so if they tend to run in your family. Some women will be prone to releasing more than one egg at a time.
