Ive been running my heating and Air conditioning business from my home here in Carlisle PA for the last five years and am finally wondering if I am in need of getting a business license.
I recently received information that if I have a business license that I can recieeve money off on a new vehicle if the truck is registered in the business name. But they would like a business license to be present to get the discount.

I'm not sure if the law varies from state to state, but most often, you'd have to go to the city hall to pick up a business license application and pay the processing fee. You may also have to go get a trade name registration from your city court.
