If you have consumed alcohol and drugs a couple of weeks ago what can you take to avoid complications when you take the blood tests if compatible?

... nothing. I got to ask... did you know you were donating a kidney and then afterwards, you did drugs/consumed alcohol?

First you don't do anything, you inform the doctors ASAP and if this is going to be a problem, wait for everything to clear according to the rules the doctors have set up.
