Look we are having problems with the mother... she is unfit to raise her two children. We were wondering if we could get custody or guardianship of his 13 year old sister.

She has made it quite clear that she is unhappy and does not want to live there anymore. Her living conditions are unfit and unsafe.

What do we do, the mom puts on a great show whenever the cops are called and she is always returned to her mother.

How do we get around this, or what are things that we can do?

Please anyone or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
