I am kaycam and I wan tto know what an itchy, bumpy rash on hands and fingers are. White(ish) in color. No drainage.

Probably poison oak, poison sumac or poison ivy in the early stages. Use some caladryl lotion or calamine lotion. It comes in clear color now vs the pink lotion.
