Hi I am very over weight and I want to lose a pounds but I have a very bad problem here lately I have been eating at around 8:00 and been craving candy and chips and always give in are they any way too build up power to not eat the candy and chips or late at night?? please I really need your help I got to lose this weight I have three kids I have been drinking a lot of water I dirnk a cup or can of soda a day if that now it is the eating thing that I have to worry about please please help thank you all! :(
