I have a small soft lump on the right hand side of my head it is not sore this lump has cause a bald patch can you please advise

I would see a dermatologist to examine this bump to see if it might be a legion which could cause the alopecia (baldness).

I had the same thing, went to the Dr, it was a cyst.
