    Renewal green card
I have been married for 20 years. I would like to know does my husband have to renew his greed card. He has been here for 38 years, but I have never seen or heard him renew his card. Now should he do it now or do I get to report him?

I assume that he received a permanent card with no expiration date. If he has not become naturalized, he needs to submit an application to USCIS for a renewal. USCIS has called for those with no expiration date greencards a year ago. Not many are out there now.

    Go to USCIS Home Page
Download form I-90, fill in and submit the form and application fee to the address specified in the instruction part. He will receive an appointment for biometrics within 4 weeks and later new card will be send in the mail.
