I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with something.

I have just set my company up and am looking to introduce my company to local builders and developers in the area. I specialised in the architectural Panels, Backpan and brake shapes trade . The one problem I have is that I do not know how to write an introduction letter, promoting my company and my services . There are some developments going on in my area that I would really like to get involved with as they are at the stage where my services could be used

Would anyone be willing to help me out and get the wheels in motion or point me in the right direction?
