My newly installed Kenmore (Ultra Wash) dishwasher Model 665. 1384 will not start washing cycles. Upon pushing the "Smartwash" cycle button, the light above both the "Smart Wash" and the "Heated Dry" cycle buttons light up, no machine start is initiated, and both lights go out after 30-45 seconds. No wash water has entered the machine. The water supply valve is verified as "on". Can anyone please offer a "start sequence" code that I might attempt to get this machine operational before I need to contact the Sears service people? Thank you for your assistance.

Personally I can not help you with a specific advice. Neither can others, I see (so far).
